Booking policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. The remaining balance is paid in clinic on the day of your treatment.

Cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made inside the 24-hour window forfeit the deposit, which cannot be transferred to a new booking.

Late arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to complete your treatment in the time remaining and your deposit will be forfeit.

No-shows

No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee and cannot book again without pre-payment.

Medical fitness

You confirm that you have no medical conditions, allergies or medications that would contraindicate the treatment you have booked. A short medical history form will be sent to you to complete before your appointment.

Photography & records

Before and after photographs may be taken for clinical records. These will not be shared publicly without your written consent.

Right to refuse

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or stop a treatment if it is not deemed clinically safe or suitable.
