**Booking policy** A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. The remaining balance is paid in clinic on the day of your treatment. **Cancellation** Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made inside the 24-hour window forfeit the deposit, which cannot be transferred to a new booking. **Late arrivals** If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to complete your treatment in the time remaining and your deposit will be forfeit. **No-shows** No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee and cannot book again without pre-payment. **Medical fitness** You confirm that you have no medical conditions, allergies or medications that would contraindicate the treatment you have booked. A short medical history form will be sent to you to complete before your appointment. **Photography & records** Before and after photographs may be taken for clinical records. These will not be shared publicly without your written consent. **Right to refuse** The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or stop a treatment if it is not deemed clinically safe or suitable.
